The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page 11, section 21-1B-6, line 199, by adding a new subsection (cc), to read as follows:

“(cc) Notwithstanding any other provision of this article or code to the contrary, the provisions of this section control. This section supersedes any other provision of this article or code in the event of a conflict.”
